Sweets memorable is our goal. For those times when you aren't
absolutely certain your gift will arrive in time for your special 
occasion; for example, on birthdays,
anniversaries, Mother's Day, or Valentine's Day,
a Harmony Sweets Concierge will contact
your
recipient by telephone on the date you specify
to let her know that a very important gift is
on its way and when she can expect this special
delivery to arrive. If you placed your order too late or if delivery is
delayed, your personal concierge can still make the day special for
you and your special someone.
Scheduling Your Call
It's never too late when you order with Harmony Sweets.
Your Concierge
Call can be scheduled for any day of the week, including holidays. So regardless
of whether you remembered your anniversary or your wife's birthday at the last
minute, schedule a Concierge Service Call during the checkout process and rest
assured your special someone will know you were thinking of them.
Message Delivery
One of our warm and friendly Harmony Sweets Concierges will
announce your impending gift arrival with the utmost style and
elegance on the day you specify.
The Concierge will provide the recipient with
the name of the
giver and estimated delivery date, but they will not disclose
the content of the gift.
If the recipient is not home, the Concierge
will leave a message.
If the phone is busy, they will retry until they speak directly to
your recipient or can leave a message. If the phone number you
supplied is invalid, you will be notified by email and asked to provide
a new number.
 If
the package was already delivered, your personal Concierge will make sure that
the package was
delivered in perfect condition and that your recipient
is delighted with your gift. Each of our Concierges is expertly trained and
knowledgeable about all of our gourmet chocolates. They will make some
recommendations regarding the storage of the chocolates, as well as respond to
any questions your recipient may have.

gift is scheduled to arrive on (delivery date).
Delivery Confirmation
The Concierge will inform you via email as soon
as she speaks to your recipient or leaves a message.

Service:
- Your gift recipient must speak English.
- The phone number supplied must be valid.
Please place your order no later than 5pm PST
so
that we may schedule your call for the next day (or on your specified date).
